Is shipping free for my cart?
It is free when the subtotal is USD 50.00 or more, or when every item in the cart ships free. Otherwise it is USD 4.99. The line under the cart's summary says which case you are in and, if shipping is not free yet, how much more you need: "Add USD 1.00 more for free shipping."
How much is delivery?
USD 4.99 per order, free from USD 50.00 or when every item ships free. The fee is the same for all 40 countries. There is no express delivery and no other delivery option.
When will my order arrive?
A paid order gets a delivery date 5 days after the payment, shown as "delivery by" on the order page. An order awaiting payment gets its date when it is paid. Shelf has no tracking number.
What's the status of my order?
Open Orders, or the order's own page: the status is awaiting payment, paid or cancelled. Ask Shelf can tell you the same for an order of your own account if you give it the number, for example SH-100012.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, while it is awaiting payment: open the order and press "Cancel order". A paid order cannot be cancelled, and a cancelled order cannot be paid.
Can I use WINTER10?
No. WINTER10 expired on 28 Feb 2026, and an expired coupon cannot be applied. SAVE25 works: USD 25.00 off a cart of 1 to 10 items.
Can I use SAVE25 twice, or with another coupon?
No. A cart holds one coupon, applied once. The second Apply says "Coupon SAVE25 is already applied. One coupon per cart."
My payment was declined. Is my order lost?
No. The order is saved before the payment and waits in Orders as awaiting payment. Open it and pay again with another test card, for example 4242 4242 4242 4242.
I want my money back.
Ask Shelf cannot settle refunds, returns or complaints. It hands the conversation over to a person; you can also press "Talk to a person" yourself.
Can I see an order my partner placed?
No. An order is visible only to the account that placed it, whoever asks and for whatever reason. Ask Shelf answers only about orders of the account you are signed in with; your partner can sign in and ask about their own orders.
Do you have a gift card or a discount for new customers?
No. Shelf has no gift cards, no loyalty points and no welcome discount. The only coupon that works is SAVE25.
